Remelting AS Gr2

All our medical-grade CP Titanium Grade 2 materials complying with ASTM F67/ISO 5832-2 are triple VAR remelted in accordance with AMS2380 specifications.

Quality first

Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium is a widely used material for medical implants, which we forge and roll with a minimum of three rounds of heat treatment.

Strict Inspection

First, we conduct visual appearance inspection, then perform UT in accordance with AMS 2631 Level A to ensure the material contains no internal defects.
